In This section we describe how your personal data in Urbana’s Application are processed; we explain what information is collected, why it is collected and how it is protected.

User rights are described and how they can be exercised.

This Privacy Policy is made pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Regulation 2016/679 which governs the processing of personal data.

 

Data Controller

The data controller is the licensee of the Software, who handles the processing in its operating offices. Urbana Smart Solution S.r.l., by virtue of the deed of designation is the responsible for the processing of personal data.

 

Types of collected data and respective purposes

On this page, specific information is provided on each type of data collected and their respective purposes.

The user assumes responsibility for the personal data of third parties published or shared through the Application and guarantees that he has the right to communicate or disseminate them, freeing the owner from any responsibility towards third parties.

The data collected are divided into:

– contact details (surname, name, email, telephone)

– browsing data (collected automatically when accessing the application, such as IP address, URI addresses, etc.)

-location data: information relating to the user’s location will be processed only if the user’s has voluntarily activated the location functionality on his mobile device. Location data in shared with the Maps service provider, Google. Google’s privacy policy is available at the following link https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en-US and is integrated into this policy.

Personal data is collected through the use of the following services: Google Cloud Platform. Privacy relating to Google GCP services is available at the following link https://cloud.google.com/security/privacy and is fully integrated with this privacy policy.

 

Legal basis of the treatment

The navigation data collected automatically and are necessary for the operation and maintenance of this Platform and App. These data are collected on the basis of the legitimate interest of the data controller, which consists in the need to guarantee the normal use of the service.

The contact data are collected directly from the user, who expresses his consent to the processing.

 

Transfer of data outside the European Union

The site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union. The transfer is authorized on the basis of specific provisions of the European Union.

 

Modality of processing

Personal data are processed with automated tools, in such a way as to guarantee maximum security and confidentiality and to avoid access, modification or destruction of data, for the performance of essential operations to achieve the purposes strictly connected to the use of the platform and App and its services.

 

Communication of personal data to subjects other than the data controller

Personal data can be communicated to subjects involved in the organization of the platform and App (administrative, commercial, legal, system administrators) as authorized or to external subjects (as suppliers of third party technical services, hosting providers, IT companies, agencies of communication) appointed, if necessary, responsible for the treatment by the owner. The updated list of data processors can always be requested from the data controller.

 

Period of conservation

The data are processed for the time necessary to perform the service requested by the user, or required by the purposes described in this document, and the user can always ask for the interruption of the treatment or the deletion of the data.

 

Exercise of the rights by the user

The user, as data subject according to the applicable law, can exercise all the rights forseen by art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and by the articles from 15 to 22 of the European Regulation 679/2016 and in particular:

  1. a) The right to ask the data controller to access their personal data, as well as to correct and cancellation of the same
  2. b) The right to restriction the processing of your personal data in the cases provided for by art. 18 of Regulation 679/2016
  3. c) The right to object to the processing of personal data concerning him in the cases provided for by art. 21 paragraph 1 of Regulation 679/2016 and, in any case, if personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes
  4. d) The right to receive personal data concerning them provided to Urbana Smart Solution S.r.l. in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. and to transmit them to another data controller without hindrance by Urbana Smart Solution S.r.l., in the cases provided for by art. 20 of Regulation 679/2016
  5. e) The right to withdraw consent, if the data has been processed on the basis of consent
  6. f) The right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data

 

PRIVACY POLICY OF THE WEBSITE AND MOBILE APP URBANA TOOLKIT

This privacy policy is governed by italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments (hereinafter the “Privacy Code”) and by the EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter “Regulation”). This information refers to the  website and Urbana Toolkit mobile app and applies whenever the user browses the pages without registering or entering data in web forms.

In case of non-acceptance of these terms, please do not access or use services or content on this website.

The data collected may be transferred to subsidiaries and / or affiliates located in non-EU countries (China and Singapore). 4. Modality and period of data retention

Personal data are processed using automated tools, in such a way as to guarantee maximum security and confidentiality, for carrying out essential operations to achieve the purposes strictly connected to the use of the website.

Personal data will be kept for the period strictly necessary for the purposes for which such data were collected and subsequently processed and in any case in compliance with regulations that prescribe specific retention times for certain types of personal data.

5. Data collected

Urbana Smart Solutions S.r.l. collects the following data:

1. Data provided voluntarily by users: name, surname and email address in the contact section, upon request for consent

2. Browsing data, such as IP address, computer domain names and others (regarding the use of cookies see the Cookie Policy)

6. Purpose of the processing

The authomatically collected browsing data will be processed only for the purposes strictly related to the use of the website, while the data provided voluntarily will be used for the purpose of replying to the requests, with the consent of the data subject.

7. Rights of the data subject

The data subject can exercise at any time the rights referred to in articles from 15 to 22 of the Regulation, in particular:

a. The right to ask the data controller to access his or her personal data, as well as the correction, integration and cancellation

b. The right to restriction of processing of personal data in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the Regulation

c. The right to object to processing of personal data concerning him or her in the cases provided for by art. 21 of the Regulation

d. The right to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided pursuant to article 20 of the Regulation

e. The right to withdraw consent if the processing of data has been made on the basis of consent

f. The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

COOKIE POLICY OF THE WEBSITE

What are cookies

they are designed to create user profiles and are used to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user in the context of surfing the net. Because of the particular invasiveness that such devices can have in the private sphere of users, European and Italian legislation requires the user to be adequately informed about their use and express their valid consent. The art. 122 of the Privacy Code refers to these cookies stating that “the storage of information in the terminal equipment of a contractor or a user or access to information already filed is permitted only on condition that the contractor or the user has given his consent after have been informed with the simplified procedures “.

During the navigation on a website, the user can also receive cookies on their terminal that are sent from different websites or web servers (so-called “third parties”), on which some elements may exist (such as, for example, images, maps, sounds, specific links to pages of other domains) on the website that the same is visiting.

Cookies used by the website and the purpose of data processing

Pursuant to article 122 of the Privacy Code and to article 13 of the Regulation Urbana Smart Solutions s.r.l. as data controller informs users that in this website are present only technical cookies in order to ensure proper operation of the website.
